ALBALACT - SUCCESS STORY

....a long way from challenge to success....

We implemented SAP system, during 2007, in ALABALACT, in the 2 production plants and 8 sales offices across the country;

Only now, after 3 fully functional month in SAP, as Q1 was closed in the new system - only now can we delcare ALBALACTproject 'a success story'

 

Our common future plans are in thearea of sales force authomatization , using the application UNION MOBILE SALES.

ALABALACT is one of the largest diary in Romania, processing about 140 000 tones milk /day, in 3 shifts.
