UNION CONSULTING developed the solution myAAA (Advanced Alumni Access) aimed to support the relation with the clients - internal and external - of the companies in academic area.
The solution supports the management of the 'external client' in the academic area, tracing its history, as the client had, successively or partially, the role of: contact person, decision person, self-sponsored student, company-sponsored student, up to becoming 'internal client': tutor, trainer. The relation is managed historically, and data are transferred from and to the financial system (SAP) of the company. The solution also supports the management of the 'internal client' - trainer, tutor, assistant, consultant, key account, regional manager, course/program manager, managing partner. It embraces the status of the 'internal client ' both form academic and from his/her career development point of view.
myAAA solution manages the various fields of activity of the company: its academic programs (international certified courses), own courses (from creation to delivery), training activity and consultancy.
The significant data are processed using the extended functionalities of the SAP financial system and the complexity of functions related to academic specifics brought in by the solution myAAA. The achievements? Enhanced support for managerial decision and continuous improvement of academic services to students and to employees.
