Union Sales is a mobile solution aimed to be an advanced technical tool for sales force, but also a decision support for business executives being on travel.
Union Sales provides the sales personnel with the possibility to remotely access the company's information system, using PDA's or mobile phones. The 'mobile' users have direct access to the necessary information in the SAP system.
Accurate and real-time information (customer master data, stock availability, price lists, orders status, open invoices, credit status, etc) is therefore available and sales orders can be posted accordingly, directly to the core system.
